3 parts Collalbrigo Prosecco
2 parts Aperol Aperitivo
1 splash of soda (we sometimes don't bother)
Orange garnish (blood orange is best)
Start by adding ice into the tumbler or large balloon glass. First pour in the Prosecco, then the Aperol and add a splash of soda, top with a slice of orange. This serving sequence avoids the Aperol settling at the bottom.
