Winery: "Ridge has made the Geyserville as a single-site Zinfandel every year since 1966. The grapes are grown in three adjoining vineyards on a de ned stretch of gravelly soil ap- proximately one-and-a-quarter miles long and a half-mile wide.
Saturated ruby color. Intense dark berry fruits, gravel earth, black licorice, mint, and exotic spices. Powerful bramble fruit entry, sensuous, well-defined tannins, great depth of flavor, enjoyable lengthy finish.
