Wired For Wine:  The Lo Tengo delivers a vivacious Malbec with stunning value.  Make sure you get enough of this terrific deal; we can't find it anywhere...  Have a glass with some addictive, salty Marcona almonds as you plan your meal.  The Lo Tengo's medium body and fresh dark fruit notes make it a natural with meats, especially beef and lamb.  Sausage is a great choice too.  When we drink this Argentinian treasure, the most important question for us is "Where's the beef??!".  We love it with a big, juicy T-bone grilled our favorite way with a side of sautéed potatoes and onions.  Another dish which is perfect with this delicious Malbec is a sizzling platter of beef fajitas; don't forget to warm the tortillas...  If you're not in the mood to cook, this smooth Argentinian pairs beautifully with Indian and Mexican food as well.  It can handle a little heat in the dish too, so bring on some spicy, winelovers!
