Wired For Wine:  This "Best Buy" Charles Krug Napa Cabernet will delight you to no end as its impressive and potent flavors build towards a memorably long, intense finish.  The deep, dark fruits and chewy tannins require robust meaty pairings like lamb, beef and steak.  We love this wine with short ribs braised with cauliflower, caperberries and Parmesan.  On the quicker side, this Napa Cabernet is perfect for a grilled loin chop of lamb with spinach and ever-so-slightly spicy, stewed chick peas.  The chick peas will match the tannins beautifully, as will a grilled shell steak with oven-roasted Yukon Gold potatoes.  With the Charles Krug Napa Cab, we prefer to end the meal with a creamy fresh mozzarella.  How do they milk those buffalo anyway??  We don't care; just sprinkle on a little salt, pour another glass and enjoy the results!
