If you find a lower available price inclusive of shipping and handling charges for the same wine on another website in the U.S., we will match that price!

Terms and Conditions
If you find a lower price inclusive of shipping charges for the same wine and size that is viewable by Wired For Wine personnel on another U.S. website and available for purchase and immediate delivery and you have advised us within 24 hours after buying the wine on our website, we will match the lower price found up to 1 case (12 bottles).  Due to rounding and other issues, prices within $0.25 of our price will be considered a match and will not qualify for claims.

To file a claim, email us with your purchase details as outlined below. Only one valid claim can be submitted per person, per e-mail address, per calendar month.

A viewable price means that we and the general public can view the price on the website.  Special prices available only to members of membership wine clubs or programs do not qualify nor do wines that are being resold by individuals.

We must be able to verify, to our satisfaction, that the claim meets all conditions of the Guarantee and these Terms and Conditions, and that it has been properly submitted.  We reserve the right to reject a claim and/or to cancel any discounted price previously issued by it in the event of fraud or abuse of this program or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

For purposes of this Guarantee, the "price" includes the price of the wine and the corresponding shipping and handling charges and does not include taxes or tariffs (i.e. federal, state, provincial or local).  

The prices available under this Guarantee cannot be combined with any other special or promotional offers or discounts.

Void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to modify, alter, suspend or terminate this Guarantee at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion.

How to Submit a Claim
Before submitting a claim, please ensure that your claim meets the following requirements.

1. You bought your wine from our website.
2. You are able to advise us via email 24 hours since you bought your wine from us.
3. The competing price must be viewable to us and to the general public on a U.S. website and available for immediate purchase and shipment.
